　　中新网宜昌5月19日电 (记者 郭晓莹)记者19日从三峡集团流域枢纽运行管理中心获悉，目前三峡水库水位已消落至153米左右，释放防洪库容近175亿立方米，约占总防洪库容的79%。

　　根据国家防总批复的调度方案，为确保防洪安全，三峡水库在每年汛末蓄水，在次年1月至汛前逐渐释放并腾出库容，在6月10日消落至防洪限制水位145米左右，确保洪水到来前“虚库以待”。

　　据介绍，三峡水库防洪作用体现在三个方面：一是拦洪，利用三峡防洪库容，拦蓄超过下游安全泄量的洪水，确保下游河道行洪安全；二是削峰，通过三峡水库调蓄，控制出库流量，将上游来的很大洪峰削减，并均匀下泄，减轻长江下游防汛紧张形势；三是错峰，在下游洪水较大时，科学调度水库，防止上游洪峰与下游洪峰相遭遇，减轻下游防洪压力。

　　截至2023年12月底，三峡工程累计拦洪66次，拦洪总量2088亿立方米，2010年、2012年、2020年入库最大洪峰均超过70000立方米每秒，经过水库拦蓄，削减洪峰约40%，极大减轻了下游地区的防洪压力，大幅度降低了防汛风险和成本。

　　2024年主汛期即将来临，为了做好防洪度汛工作，三峡集团结合历年调度实践经验及最新研究成果，提前编制梯级水库汛期调度运用方案，为梯级水库汛期调度运行提供遵循。按照编制的《三峡-葛洲坝水利枢纽度汛要求》和《2024年枢纽区域防汛方案》，组织开展防汛应急演练、防汛检查等各项汛期准备，为安全度汛走好“先行棋”。(完)
